Traditional method, no compromise, winemaking in the Eola-Amity Hills

ARABILIS (a-RAB-uh-lis): that which can be farmed, arable. Origin: Latin

We are Allison & Kenny McMahon.  Our name, ‘Arabilis,’ meaning arable or farmable land, embodies our close partnership with farmers and our aspiration to own a vineyard someday. Based in the Eola-Amity Hills in the Willamette Valley, we are a husband-wife team with two PhDs in wine, combining scientific expertise with meticulous vineyard sourcing to craft acclaimed Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and traditional method sparkling wines. Each sip of our wines embodies our journey of dedication, love, and relentless hustle.

Wine quality starts in the vineyard. The incredible farmers we partner with share our regenerative, sustainable vision. Having a close relationship with them is important to us. We work with sites in the Eola-Amity Hills, McMinnville, Van Duzer, and Columbia Gorge AVAs.
